She has experience of dealing with a wide range of issues, and a specialist interest in bereavement and loss, having worked with Cruse and more recently at a local hospice.

Kate Joseph - Integrative Psychotherapist

Kate Joseph is an Integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years experience. Her practice is built from humanistic core, and holds an attachment and trauma informed lens. She is also trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and trauma-informed somatic approaches.

Dorelia Baird-Smith

Dorelia is an Integrative Psychotherapist BACP working with adults. Her training incorporates psychoanalytic, existential and trauma-informed practices and she works with a wide range of presenting issues from anxiety and depression to addiction, mood disorders and trauma.

Sonja Ayres MBACP (accred)

Sonja is an experienced counsellor who has worked with adults from various cultures in multiple locations, working both within multiple organisations and in private practice.

She works by creating a warm and accepting environment where clients can focus on what is important to them, to gain fresh perspective through reflecting on and understanding themselves and their present situation and experiences. She also aims to raise client's  awareness of their own personal resources and tools that you can use to overcome barriers and move forward in a way that is more rewarding.

Sonja also provides specialist counselling to Autistic and other neurodivergent adults, having supported autistic adults for over 20 years within various roles and as a counsellor for over 10 years.

£65 for a 50 minute session, £25 for initial session, concessional rates available.

Diana Driver

After a career in acting, Diana obtained an MA in Dramatherapy from the University of Roehampton and a Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision from the London Centre for Psychodrama. She is currently on the Certificate Programme in Traumatic Stress Studies.

Diana has worked as a dramatherapist in the UK and internationally across corporate, education and mental healthcare settings.
