What to expect

Rose Paul’s goal is to make healthy living feel natural and accessible to you. Please reach out to her here for a free initial consultation: https://rosepaulnutrition.com/contact/

Before your first meeting, Rose will send you a health questionnaire so she can learn more about your background. You’ll spend up to 90 minutes in your initial appointment diving into your history and concerns. Follow-up sessions last 60 minutes, giving you the time to monitor progress, refine your plan, and ensure you’re on the right track for sustainable results.
The way you work together is about exploring why and how we eat, how we feel about eating and which foods bring us joy and satisfaction. Rose is here to guide, clarify and support, and to help you on your journey to health in a way that feels manageable and gives you the confidence to feel in control of your food choices. This approach supports long term change and healthy habits, and you gain a clear understanding of how to move forward with practical tools and a plan of action

Melanie Stride-Noble

During personalised sessions, you will gain the knowledge and tools to make sustainable changes, improve your relationship with food, and build greater confidence in yourself. Melanie’s evidence-based approach combines gentle talking therapy, behaviour change support, and nutritional education, always tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Her focus is on self-development and healthier long-term patterns, rather than using weight alone as a marker of progress.
